Buildable House Kit 1

Here is the first buildable house in farm sim 22. When you purchase in store it shows up as a foundation with stakes places. Each stake servers as a trigger to build each section of the house. The triggers go in order around the house counter clockwise. Trigger Number one is the sign in the front yard. once you dug out the basement that triggers the basement walls. Next trigger is the right front corner of the garage that triggers the garage floor. 2nd trigger is the first floor. 3rd trigger is first floor framing. 4th trigger is 2nd story framing. 5th trigger is 3rdf story framing. The final trigger is on the front porch in front of the door. That trigger hides all the stakes and sign in the front yard. House is not enterable. The Square in the back of foundation is setup for when our septic tanks and piping are fully developed. Aswell as the house kit there is also a store category file that all of our future placeables will be released under. NOW ALSO COLOR SELECTABLE!!!!!
